a small bowl of plain Greek yoghurt with a spoonful of maple syrup (because i hate the dull taste) with chopped grapes and strawberries
and unsweetened tea because the yoghurt is sugary enough
Lunch:
chips, big chicken nugget and peas with ketchup, probably should have had more peas
two glasses of water, one before and one after
Dinner:
I am not responsible for this horribly unhealthy meal, my mum ordered it at the pub when i said “surprise me” ahaha. also double chips in one day. not good.
