(didn’t wake up for breakfast)

Lunch:

  • half a baked potato with cheese
  • lettuce 
  • sausage 
  • a big tomato 
  • slices of cooked pepper (never again, revolting)

Snacks:

  • 3 cups of tea

Dinner:

  • two roast potatoes with salt
  • chicken breast 
  • two roast parsnips 
  • beans and beans 
  • red cabbage 
  • cup of tea

18th Feb

(didn’t wake up for breakfast)

Lunch:

  • spaghetti lasagne 
  • lettuce and red pepper  
  • glass of water

Snack:

  • home made brown bread
  • mayo and bbq sauce 
  • lettuce 
  • ham
  • cheese
  • two cups of tea

Dinner:

  • stir fried noodles 
  • chicken 
  • broccoli
  • spinach  
  • carrots

17th Feb

Breakfast:

  • two maple syrup and bacon pancakes 
  • cup of unsweetened tea

Lunch:

  • drank a lot of water 
  • i had four of these because my sisters are stingy buggers
  • an apple

Dinner:

  • one half of this double decker sandwich 
  • lettuce, egg mayo, chicken, bacon +mustard

16th Feb

Breakfast:

  • two egged omelette  
  • one big tomato, two slices of cheese, 1/4 of a pepper, 3 slices of ham
  • cup of tea with a sweetener 

Snacks:

  • Graze box
  • Little thai rice crackers 
  • Olives 
  • dried mango, pineapple and raisins 

Dinner:

  • Spag-bol with potatoes and a lot of cheese 
  • glass of water before and after

15th Feb

Breakfast:
  • a small bowl of plain Greek yoghurt with a spoonful of maple syrup (because i hate the dull taste) with chopped grapes and strawberries 
  • and unsweetened tea because the yoghurt is sugary enough

Lunch:
  • chips, big chicken nugget and peas with ketchup, probably should have had more peas 
  • two glasses of water, one before and one after 

Dinner:

  • I am not responsible for this horribly unhealthy meal, my mum ordered it at the pub when i said “surprise me” ahaha. also double chips in one day. not good.
  • BBQ ribs
  • a lot of salted chips
  • tall glass of water before and after
